Joseph F. Silek, Jr. (“Joe”) is the founding principal of Joseph F. Silek, Jr., P.C. since its inception in 1995. A native of Front Royal, Virginia, Joe represents businesses in both the public and private sectors. He has argued and successfully tried cases in federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Joe’s practice focuses on estate planning and federal and state tax issues. He advises small to large businesses on a variety of issues. Joe also advises clients on many real estate issues including easement disputes and homeowner’s association issues.
