Stephen L. Jerome

Stephen has forged relationships with clients for the past twenty years in Warren County and beyond. His primary focus is guiding clients through the estate and legacy planning process culminating in their wills, trusts, advance medical directives, powers of attorney and other instruments. The estate and legacy planning process often involves multiple practice areas in which Stephen has gained valuable knowledge and experience, for example, probate, estate and trust administration and litigation, real estate, corporate matters, adult guardianships and certain tax matters, Stephen also has civil litigation experience and has represented clients in various counties in the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia.

Stephen is happily married and the proud the father of seven children. He and his family are parishioners of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Front Royal. Stephen currently is a board member of the Advisory Board to the Warren County Department of Social Services and the United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley. He is a member of Knights of Columbus Council #7771 (and a former treasurer) and a Patriot Life Endowment member of the National Rifle Association. Stephen has also served on the boards for the Front Royal-Warren County United Way, the Northern Virginia 4-H Center and Samuels Public Library. He served as a committee member of former Mayor Timothy Darr’s Advisory Committee on economic development to the Town Council of Front Royal and as a committee member and treasurer for Boy Scout Troop 4 in Front Royal. Stephen is and has been involved in other community groups and activities, such as That Man Is You men’s group at St. John the Baptist. Stephen most enjoys time with family and friends discussing the good, the true and the beautiful. AMDG.

Education

In 1998, Stephen received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Arts in Public Policyfrom Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated cum laude in 1992 from Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Philosophy. Before attending college, Stephen was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student to Brazil after graduating from Canisius High School in Buffalo, New York.
